As well as advice on how to structure your diet and execute cardio to the best of your ability you also have access to over 30 different ab exercises!
The exercises are grouped in circuits that should take you around 30minutes.
If you wish to incorporate some cardio I would recommend doing this at the end of your workout. I would recommend training abs 2-3 times a week in addition to monitoring your diet and doing cardio.
There is video support showing you how to perform the exercises as effectively as possible as well as hints and tips on training and food/supplements to get the most out of this plan - this does not however include a meal plan.
The guide can be used anywhere and it comes as one complete guide so if you wish you can mix home and gym sessions
